Production and Processing
The “6+1” organizational quality management model of Guangzhou Grain Group is derived from Armand Vallin Feigenbaum’s Total Quality Control (now known as TQM) theory. At the upper level of the management model, “6” refers to “six steps,” and “1” symbolizes “one integrated management system.” At the lower level of the management model, “6” denotes “quality-related management systems of six food factories,” and “1” stands for “one management system for research and innovation.” The main components of the “6+1” organizational quality management model are as follows:

The model runs through the entire production and operation process, including procurement and storage of unprocessed grains, production and processing, marketing and sales.
Full Participation
The success of the model will not be achieved without the efforts of all employees as well as their roles in research, supply, production, and sales at every step and position, in order to serve quality management.
Preventability
The model anticipates potential quality issues at every stage of production and operation, enabling us to take reasonable preventive measures as needed.
Service Orientation
The model is established oriented towards meeting customer demands and dedicated to serving our customers.
Scientific Approach
We consciously utilize modern scientific technology and advanced management methods to continuously improve and enhance the level of our quality management.
Synergy
The model allows for efficient synergy within the industry chain, supply chain, and among internal and external parties.
One Integrated Management System
Currently, Guangzhou Grain Group operates one integrated management system, which includes the ISO9001 quality management system, ISO 2000 food safety management system, FSSC 22000 food safety management system (European and American accreditation), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system (EU accreditation), ISO14001 environmental management system, ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system, and GB/T29490 intellectual property management system. These systems cover various areas of work, including quality management, food safety, environmental safety, occupational health, workplace safety, and intellectual property management. The integration and coordination of these multiple systems continuously streamline and improve the standard production and operation process, supporting technological innovation, quality and efficiency enhancement, energy conservation, and consumption reduction. This effectively improve the enterprise's management level and promotes its business operation and development.
